With PokerTracker 4 not running please run the Black Chip installer again and that should get things working. Sometimes after an update WPN clients will remove the hand history folder and fail to write your hand histories. That is not a PokerTracker issue and reinstalling the poker client will fix that.

If it still doesn't work after that please check that hand history files are still being saved as you play and that you have the correct hand history folder configured in PokerTracker 4:

WPN Configuration Guide

If you have any further trouble please open a Support Ticket with your support bundle and sample of hand histories:

Are the hand history files being written to the new folder by the poker site when you are playing?

Is PokerTracker 4 configured to import from the new folder via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Winning Poker Network'?

If the hand history files are being saved and the configuration is correct then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing some hands on a table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket.
