Pokerstars on Betfair Hotkeys

Hope someone can help.
I've recently switched over to Pokerstars on Betfair in UK and been able to set it up fine, except that whenever the PT4 import starts my hot keys stop working. I only use one hotkey (fold) and have tried changing it to multiple different keys with same result.
e.g I sit at table in BB and on first hand can use my hot key to fold with no issue, then when PT4 has a hand and the HUD appears i can no longer use the hotkey to fold in the SB. If i click stop getting hands i can then use my hot key to fold.
I have searched on here and found some posts from 2012 saying needs to be ran as administrator so i have done that on both PT4 and Pokerstars but issue remains.

I had the same issue earlier.

I then stopped using the PokerStars shortcut on my desktop. And used the original exe in the folders. Worked just fine thereafter.

Only issue I have now is getting my pt4 working! I’ve tried to update to the latest version and it keeps saying I have poker tracker open when I don’t!

Try again tomorrow, drained of energy trying to resolve it.

That's interesting i'll give it a go. i now remember i had an issue on pokerstars before with hotkeys not working if i opened stars from desktop icon and would only work when i opened through the PT4 launch button. That link still takes me to old stars though.

You now need to do it on Betfair:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars on Betfair\BetFairUpdate.exe

If that doesn't allow the hotkeys to work then start the client as administrator using:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars on Betfair\PokerStarsOnBetFair.exe

Restart your computer and try again.
